Sharing your enquiry link
Give people who like your work a clear way to send you their tattoo idea. Your public link can sit in an Instagram bio, an email signature or beside a QR code in the studio. A short invitation tells them what to do next.
Use a public link
Open your public studio or artist page and copy its address. Keep signed-in pages, private previews and individual client payment links out of public posts.
An enquiry link invites a client to send their idea; it does not promise an instant appointment.
Make the next step clear
Write the invitation in your own voice. Let people know they can bring an idea to discuss, with the final design, price and appointment agreed with you afterwards.
Add the link to your Instagram bio, business profile, email signature or printed materials. A short invitation such as “Send your tattoo idea” sets a clearer expectation than “Book instantly”.
Use one current primary location and keep the contact email accurate. For a flash launch or a specific service, copy its listed request link from Services. It opens the form with that service selected; the appointment is still agreed separately. See Services.
If you use a QR code
Generate it from the tested public URL using your chosen QR tool. Print a readable fallback URL beside it and test the code on a phone before ordering materials.
InkWell does not provide a built-in enquiry QR generator. A printed code for your public enquiry page is different from a private client payment link; keep private links out of public materials.
Check after changes
Open the link from a signed-out phone and send a clearly labelled practice enquiry. Confirm the brief appears in Studio.
If the public address changes or the page is hidden, update the links and printed materials you control.
