This policy describes cookies and similar technologies, including local storage. InkWell Group Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16998198.
1. Essential storage
Authentication and session storage keeps signed-in areas working. Security and payment providers may also use storage needed to deliver their services. Blocking essential storage in your browser can prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
The marketing website saves your analytics choice on your device for up to 180 days. This lets us remember your choice when you return.
2. Optional marketing analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Speed Insights on the marketing website only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Only essential”, or making no choice, keeps this analytics off. Your choice does not affect your ability to browse the website or submit an enquiry.
Marketing analytics measures public marketing-page visits, broad traffic sources and clicks on studio signup, walkthrough and walkthrough contact buttons. We send only the referring website's origin and approved general campaign labels. We do not send email contents, booking-form contents, private client pages, authentication links, full referring URLs, URL query strings or session recordings. A signup click does not prove registration; opening a contact form does not prove a message was sent or a meeting was arranged.
Google receives event information and may process technical data such as IP addresses. Our integration uses temporary browser identifiers while you browse. It does not save a persistent analytics identifier on your device or send your name or email address. These identifiers reset when the analytics session ends, so visitor counts are not counts of identifiable people. This data is not anonymous. Google advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
Vercel Speed Insights measures page loading speed, responsiveness and visual stability on public marketing pages. Reports include the page path, performance measurements and broad browser, device and country information. We remove URL query strings and fragments, and exclude sign-in, Studio, private client links and studio-owned public pages. Speed Insights does not use a persistent visitor identifier or session recordings.
We ask for a new choice when adding an analytics recipient. An earlier choice for PostHog or Google alone does not enable this combination of Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
3. Changing your choice
Open “Cookie settings” in the marketing website footer at any time. Choose “Only essential” to stop future marketing analytics, or “Allow analytics” to enable it. Withdrawing consent does not remove data already received; contact us about data-rights requests.
You can also clear or block storage through your browser. Clearing your saved choice means the website will ask again, with analytics off until you allow it. If your browser cannot save an acceptance, analytics stays off.
4. Functional and advertising storage
The marketing website does not currently use advertising pixels or a separate functional-cookie category. If we introduce optional tools, we will update this policy and the available choices before enabling them.
5. Third-party services
Stripe handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy and cookie policies. The Studio app uses separate authentication and operational services. This marketing website control does not change Stripe or Studio app settings.
For more information about how personal data is processed, read our Privacy Policy.
6. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website and services change. The current effective date is shown above.
