Subscriptions
Choose a plan by the number of active artists at your studio. Every plan includes the same features and non-artist staff. You can prepare your page and team before subscribing, then choose capacity when you're ready to go live.
Choose the right workspace
Solo includes one active artist for £29/month. Small Studio includes up to five for £59/month. Studio includes up to ten for £99/month, at one location. Every active subscription includes every feature and non-artist staff. Active owners who tattoo, guests and apprentices count; hidden profiles count too. Archive an artist in Settings → Artists to preserve their history and free their place. Reactivation needs available capacity.
Read Pricing for current monthly amounts, artist capacity and plan inclusions. Creating an account needs no card. Publishing, receiving public enquiries and collecting new payments require a current subscription covering your active artists, plus the usual business and payment-readiness checks.
Before you subscribe
Open Settings → Plan & billing with billing-management access. Compare plans and review the final checkout total before subscribing.
This checkout is for your studio's InkWell subscription, not a client's tattoo payment. InkWell charges no payment commission. Your monthly subscription and Stripe processing fees are separate. Review the plan and final amount before entering payment details.
Use Subscription invoices & payment method → Open subscription billing to view your InkWell subscription invoices and manage its payment method. Tattoo-client payment requests are separate and are not VAT invoices. See Client payments.
Change your plan
In Settings → Plan & billing, compare the available plans and review the total before confirming a change. Check active artist capacity before choosing a smaller plan and archive artists if needed. All plans include custom domains; a saved domain becomes inactive when there is no current subscription. Use Open subscription billing for the portal’s cancellation and payment-method options.
The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Existing charges and refunds are governed by the Studio Terms.
Cancellation at the end of a billing period keeps access until that paid period ends. When a subscription ends or becomes past due, public publishing, enquiries and new payment collection pause. Private setup, reporting, existing records and supported refunds remain available under your usual permissions. Changing artist capacity does not remove features or non-artist staff access.
If you need help with billing
Check the message in Studio and the billing portal. Resolve an expired payment method or missing details before retrying.
Contact Support if the displayed plan and billing state do not agree. Do not send card numbers or secret keys.
